Focus on building a results-driven culture, optimizing sales forecasting in Salesforce, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure long-term customer success.

Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Hire, train, and mentor a team of Account Executives to drive performance and career growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies for cross-sell, up-sell, and expansion within the existing customer base.
  • Manage pipeline accuracy and forecasting using Salesforce to ensure operational excellence.
  • Proactively identify churn risks and implement effective retention strategies.
  • Build executive-level relationships with key customers to serve as a strategic advisor.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Support teams to align revenue-driving initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of leadership experience managing customer-facing sales teams in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong consultative selling expertise and analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executive presence.
