Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do
- Hire, train, and mentor a team of Account Executives to drive performance and career growth.
- Develop and execute strategies for cross-sell, up-sell, and expansion within the existing customer base.
- Manage pipeline accuracy and forecasting using Salesforce to ensure operational excellence.
- Proactively identify churn risks and implement effective retention strategies.
- Build executive-level relationships with key customers to serve as a strategic advisor.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Support teams to align revenue-driving initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of leadership experience managing customer-facing sales teams in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong consultative selling expertise and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
- Must be eligible to work in Australia; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executive presence.
