What you will do

  • Source qualified opportunities for Account Executives via proactive outreach and cross-functional strategizing with sales and marketing.
  • Research large retail enterprise accounts to identify key players and uncover specific business problems.
  • Deliver compelling written and verbal messaging to generate prospect interest.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls with Finance, eCommerce, and Payments Executives in the SEA & ANZ regions.
  • Articulate hirify.global's value proposition and how it solves specific customer needs.
  • Map organizational structures to successfully identify and reach decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sydney, Australia to support the hybrid work model.
  • 12+ months of business experience in a sales environment, preferably within a fast-paced startup.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional outreach across SEA & ANZ.
  • Solid technical aptitude and a genuine interest in tech and e-commerce solutions.
  • Highly motivated individual driven by achieving monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • Ability to navigate complex systems and follow structured sales processes.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
