Salary: $240,000 - $295,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles across the Security organization, from intake to close.
• Partner with security hiring managers to translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements and search strategies.
• Build and maintain pipelines of specialized security talent, with an emphasis on passive candidates.
• Refine security interview loops, take-home assignments, and scorecards.
• Develop domain fluency to hold credible conversations with detection engineers, cryptographers, and compliance leads.
• Collaborate with Compensation and People Partners to structure equitable offers.

Requirements

• Deep full lifecycle recruiting experience supporting security, infrastructure, or technical engineering organizations.
• Ability to lead substantive technical conversations about security domains such as app sec, cloud security, and detection and response.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Experience in bar calibration and interview loop design with hiring managers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting at high-growth AI or machine learning companies.
• Working knowledge of the security credential landscape.
• Experience hiring for incident response, threat intelligence, or physical security.
• Comfort using LLMs to accelerate sourcing, research, and market mapping.
