What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day planning, scheduling, and movement of robots across multiple teams and sites.
• Partner with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to forecast fleet demand.
• Balance competing business priorities to maximize fleet utilization and availability.
• Maintain organization-wide visibility into fleet readiness and communicate priorities.
• Develop scalable fleet management processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to increase fleet effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing large fleets of robots, vehicles, or high-value operational assets.
• Demonstrated experience balancing competing operational priorities across multiple teams.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and operational decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on robotics environment.
• Ability to travel as operational needs require.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting robotics, automation, or advanced hardware development programs.
