Salary: $92,000–$138,000 + cash incentives

What you will do

• Develop and implement routing plans to support business needs and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and communications with internal and external partners.
• Gather, organize, and maintain accurate routing-related data.
• Provide guidance to Market Teams on productivity, service standards, and route optimization.
• Investigate root causes of operational challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Monitor project progress and communicate risks or opportunities proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5–7 years of relevant industry experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in the beverage industry or DSD operations.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and feedback capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Project Management experience.
• Logistics experience.
• Experience with routing software such as Descartes WinRoute.
