What you will do

• Build and drive the partner marketing strategy, creating tailored approaches for VARs, ISVs, and Alliance partners.
• Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing team consisting of full-time employees, contractors, and agencies.
• Build and optimize partner marketing programs leveraging Marketing Automation and Social Syndication platforms.
• Collaborate with executive leadership (CEOs, CMOs) of Tier 1 partners and attend their QBRs as part of the leadership team.
• Drive innovation by implementing AI technologies into partner marketing processes and the tech stack.
• Manage the partner marketing budget, including Joint Marketing Funds and software fees.

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B partner marketing and demand generation experience in high-technology, channel-driven companies.
• 7+ years of direct partner marketing experience and managing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Proven record of success in building and scaling global partner programs.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and HubSpot.
• Must be based in Bellevue, WA, USA.
• Superior communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to influence executive-level decision-makers.
