What you will do

• Build talent pipelines by attracting exceptional engineering, manufacturing, and technical students.
• Manage the conversion of a large volume of intern candidates into full-time roles.
• Plan and attend university outreach events at top-tier institutions.
• Source passive candidates using non-standard recruiting methods and targeted campaigns.
• Screen candidates and recommend top talent to hiring managers for interviews.
• Coordinate and execute the offer process for approved hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience, or equivalent professional experience.
• U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (Green Card), Refugee, or Asylee (ITAR requirements).
• Must be based in Hawthorne, CA; remote work is not considered.
• Ability to travel approximately 30%.
• Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

• Proven success in planning and executing networking events.
• Ability to distinguish the top 5% of technical talent in their respective fields.
