Recruiter (Manufacturing)

Recruiter (Manufacturing/Medical Devices): Managing the full recruitment cycle to deliver exceptional talent for clients with an accent on candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and service excellence. Focus on utilizing Boolean search, managing ATS pipelines, and partnering with hiring leaders to align candidate profiles with position specifications.

Location: Hybrid in Canaan, CT, USA (3 times per week onsite)

What you will do

• Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and provide market recommendations.
• Develop and execute sourcing plans using Boolean search, resume databases, and networking sites.
• Manage the full candidate pipeline through the ATS, from initial evaluation to final offer negotiation.
• Coach candidates on interview logistics, expectations, and appropriate attire.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
• Ensure strict adherence to OFCCP and other compliance standards throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and recruitment technologies (ATS).
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Canaan, CT, USA.
