TL;DR

Location: Must be based in San Francisco

Compensation: $284,000 – $315,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Develop and execute acquisition and activation strategies to help SMB advertisers discover and adopt the platform.
  • Diagnose and optimize the advertiser funnel from awareness and sign-up to first spend and repeat usage.
  • Own SMB acquisition strategy across paid, organic, social, and product-led channels.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to improve onboarding, campaign setup, and billing experiences.
  • Translate customer insights into positioning, messaging, and product feedback.
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate experimentation, analysis, and growth workflows.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in growth marketing, product growth, or performance marketing with measurable ownership of revenue outcomes.
  • Proven track record of improving self-serve or high-volume customer funnels.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and experimentation.
  • Experience growing SMB customers through scaled self-serve platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Shopify.
  • Ability to simplify complex advertising products into compelling narratives for business owners.
  • Must be based in San Francisco as this is an onsite role.
