Salary: $150,000–$175,000/year + bonus + benefits

What you will do
- Own the development and execution of ’s creative testing roadmap to drive scale and efficiency across digital and offline channels.
- Design, implement, and optimize creative experiments in collaboration with creative, recommending testing approaches and translating results into creative direction.
- Run in-depth creative performance analyses and turn data into actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
- Act as the go-to expert in creative experimentation for app and web user acquisition, leveraging data sources to evaluate and refine test outcomes.
- Research paid and organic creative trends and algorithmic insights, and partner with channel representatives (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and others) to identify testing opportunities.
- Share data-driven trends and experiment outcomes to build a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in user acquisition or data-driven marketing in a high-growth startup/company or media agency.
- Strong project management skills to balance multiple creative projects and experiments.
- Ability to manage a testing roadmap, prioritize experiments, and work cross-functionally with creative, media buying, and data teams.
- Analytical mindset focused on growth KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, and LTV:CAC, with the ability to translate data into creative strategy.
- Expertise in mobile app user acquisition; web acquisition experience is a plus.
- Experience with creative testing platforms and optimization across paid social channels.
