Salary: $58,000–$75,000 USD or $60,000–$75,000 CAD.

What you will do
- Attend final sales calls to capture implementation requirements and expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the post-sale, pre-implementation phase.
- Proactively engage clients who delay implementation to maintain momentum and project timelines.
- Manage client setup activities, including enabling subscriptions and submitting data tickets.
- Maintain accurate project data, status notes, and RAID logs in internal systems.
- Collaborate with Sales and Client Success teams to ensure data accuracy across platforms.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as Sales Support, Customer Success, or Project Coordination.
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client timelines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management and Client Success platforms like ChurnZero, RocketLane, Salesforce, or JIRA.
- Ability to perform outbound calls to re-engage clients and validate data files.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
