TL;DR

RFP Specialist (SaaS): Managing the end-to-end proposal and bid process for reselling partners with an accent on security questionnaires, content management, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on driving operational efficiencies through AI tools, maintaining high-quality proposal documentation, and supporting strategic RFX team projects.

Location: Hybrid role based in Oakville, Toronto, or Waterloo, Ontario.

Salary: $60,500 – $74,800 CAD

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end RFP process, including response templates, kick-off calls, and SME coordination.
  • Complete vendor and security questionnaires for products and services.
  • Utilize AI tools to create work efficiencies and drive velocity in proposal responses.
  • Maintain Salesforce records and ensure accuracy in all proposal documentation.
  • Support the RFX team with content management, training materials, and quarterly reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clear timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or proposal management.
  • Experience working within a technical, SaaS, or engineering organization.
  • Proficiency in AI tools and ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Technical competence with Google Suite, Adobe Professional, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the high-technology industry.
  • Experience with Jira or Loopio.
