AI/ML Engineer (AI/LLM Agents): Designing and building an AI agent system to manage complex, high-value transaction workflows for enterprise clients with an accent on tool integrations, data pipelines, and per-stage agent components. Focus on implementing complex NLP information extraction, financial analytics, and human-in-the-loop approval gates to ensure operational reliability.

What you will do
- Implement agent capabilities for individual workflow stages, including agreement generation, market surveys, and proposal analytics.
- Build typed tools for agent consumption, focusing on template population, market-data queries, and financial analytics.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines utilizing sandbox and representative sample data.
- Encode human-in-the-loop approval gates and review checkpoints to ensure critical steps route through broker confirmation.
- Conduct end-to-end testing across all workflow stages to validate artifact quality and handoff integrity.
- Collaborate in architecture workshops to establish solid foundations for the build phase.
Requirements
- 4+ years in software or machine learning engineering with production experience building LLM-powered features or agents.
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks, tool/function calling, retrieval (RAG), and prompt engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and practical experience building data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Experience parsing, extracting, and generating documents in PDF and DOCX formats.
- Ability to execute quickly in hypothesis-driven, milestone-based agile sprint cycles.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing financial analytics such as lease economics, NPV, and scenario modelling.
- Deep NLP experience in clause and entity extraction from contracts or leases.
- Exposure to commercial real estate or other document-heavy transaction domains.
