What you will do

• Build and scale a B2B, ICP-driven lead generation engine across LinkedIn, email, and ABM to support product launches.
• Design and deliver end-to-end physical and digital event programs, including conferences, workshops, and webinars.
• Optimize digital growth levers, including CRM workflows, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
• Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations, including lead routing, data hygiene, and campaign tracking.
• Create sales enablement assets and campaign narratives to improve win rates and accelerate deal velocity.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Mandatory experience in B2B technology or SaaS environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC), HubSpot, or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Proven track record of implementing lead generation ecosystems that result in measurable revenue growth.
• English: Fluent (C1).

• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or clinical trials.
