What you will do
- Lead the B2B CRM campaign calendar, managing ideation, prioritization, and execution of lifecycle initiatives.
- Design and optimize automated programs for awareness, consideration, conversion, and lead nurturing.
- Maintain lead scoring frameworks, audience segmentation, and customer lifecycle definitions.
- Create end-to-end CRM communications, including messaging strategy, email copywriting, and template design.
- Coordinate webinars and partnership initiatives as part of the broader B2B demand generation strategy.
- Monitor CRM metrics via reports and spreadsheets to translate data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or marketing automation within B2B environments.
- Deep hands-on experience with RD Station (mandatory).
- Solid Google Analytics experience (mandatory).
- Proven experience designing automation logic, lead scoring models, and customer segmentation.
- Fluent English proficiency for collaboration with global stakeholders (specifically the Italy market).
- Must be based in Brazil.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Pipedrive.
- Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for strategic planning, copy refinement, and analysis.
