What you will do

• Optimize the end-to-end growth funnel from acquisition and activation through conversion and expansion.
• Run rapid growth experiments to identify opportunities and double down on successful outcomes.
• Improve self-serve flows including sign-up, onboarding, and product messaging.
• Build AI-native growth systems to automate workflows, generate creative, and analyze performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Sales to identify bottlenecks and ship systems.

Requirements

• Experience in product-led growth, growth marketing, or product management at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record of owning business outcomes such as activation, paid conversion, or expansion.
• Strong understanding of growth loops, experimentation, and conversion optimization.
• Hands-on builder mentality with the ability to take experiments from idea to launch and iteration.
• Customer-first approach with strong UX and messaging taste.
• Excitement about using AI as a force multiplier in daily work.
