What you will do

  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to secure high-paying enterprise clients.
  • Build and scale outbound messaging channels using advanced identity enrichment and contact intelligence.
  • Track and optimize pipeline data, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with technical delivery teams to transform success stories into high-end technical case studies and pitches.
  • Take full accountability for SQLs, CPA, pipeline velocity, and closed-won revenue.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in custom software development agencies or high-end IT consulting firms.
  • Proven track record of building campaigns that contributed to closing six- or seven-figure enterprise service retainers.
  • Ability to manage campaigns based on statistical relevance, deliverability metrics, and conversion data.
  • Strong copywriting skills for sophisticated, high-conversion outbound messaging.
  • Self-starter mindset capable of handling both macro-strategy and tactical execution.
