What you will do
- Own the end-to-end demand generation engine across paid media, ABM, and lifecycle marketing.
- Translate revenue goals into actionable growth priorities and pipeline targets.
- Design and execute high-impact campaigns to drive conversion and pipeline growth.
- Partner with Sales and SDR teams to optimize targeting, lead handoffs, and follow-up processes.
- Build and evolve marketing systems to ensure efficient, measurable growth.
- Operate as a hands-on leader, balancing strategic decision-making with tactical campaign execution.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 7–10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth, or revenue marketing.
- Proven track record of owning pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with paid media, ABM, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Strong proficiency in marketing operations, attribution modeling, and funnel analytics.
- Builder mindset with the ability to operate strategically and execute tactically.
