What you will do

  • Own Demand Generation strategy and budget to achieve ARR and pipeline targets.
  • Lead and scale a multi-disciplinary organization spanning Demand Gen, Events, Customer Marketing, Digital, Partner Marketing, and Marketing Operations.
  • Drive Customer Marketing strategy to fuel adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Oversee Marketing Operations, including the technology stack, lead lifecycle, attribution, and reporting.
  • Partner with Sales and CRO leadership on lead quality, pipeline coverage, and shared revenue accountability.
  • Drive adoption of marketing technology, AI-powered tools, and advanced analytics.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing experience.
  • 7+ years leading and scaling multi-disciplinary marketing organizations managing senior managers and directors.
  • Proven track record as a VP or equivalent senior executive with direct accountability for pipeline and ARR outcomes.
  • Deep expertise across the growth marketing mix including demand gen, digital, partner marketing, and PR.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling marketing through Series B, C, or high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Experience presenting to and engaging with boards of directors or investor groups.
  • Master's degree or MBA in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Experience in HR technology, benefits administration, or leave management software.
