TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a global growth marketing strategy targeting enterprise accounts to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Hire and manage a high-performing team across Demand Gen, Performance Marketing, Web Dev, and Marketing Ops.
  • Analyze and report on marketing ROI and the connection to the revenue funnel for leadership.
  • Design data-driven experiments to identify and scale untapped growth drivers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
  • Modernize the GTM tech stack by integrating AI platforms and emerging tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, including demand generation and performance marketing.
  • Track record of leading and scaling high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing activities to revenue.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot, and AI-driven MarTech solutions.
  • Must be based in the US with readiness for periodic international travel to Europe.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS with high-touch sales motions.
  • Knowledge of Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
