What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between client services, sales, and engineering teams.
• Manage the full lifecycle of incoming Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Formulate commercial strategies and define technical requirements for project bids.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to establish accurate proposal pricing.
• Provide technical support to the business development team and maintain client relationships.
• Issue quotes and respond to technical and commercial inquiries from customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1+ years of relevant engineering or field experience.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Understanding of engineering codes, standards, and commercial industry practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Project).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with renewable energy projects (Wind, Solar, Battery Storage).
• Background in electrical substations or transmission line infrastructure.
• Familiarity with industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
