Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 / year

What you will do
- Act as the primary liaison between client services, sales, and engineering teams.
- Manage the full lifecycle of incoming Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Formulate commercial strategies and define technical requirements for project bids.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to establish accurate proposal pricing.
- Provide technical support to the business development team and maintain client relationships.
- Issue quotes and respond to technical and commercial inquiries from customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant engineering or field experience.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Understanding of engineering codes, standards, and commercial industry practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Project).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with renewable energy projects (Wind, Solar, Battery Storage).
- Background in electrical substations or transmission line infrastructure.
- Familiarity with industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
