What you will do

• Drive electrical design for hyperscaler data center infrastructure, specifically focusing on power skids and e-houses.
• Lead cross-functional design reviews, coordinating between Sales, Manufacturing, and end-user stakeholders.
• Develop and approve electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, panel layouts, and control system designs.
• Ensure all designs comply with NEC, IEEE, NEMA, and UL standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level electrical engineers.
• Support technical scoping, cost estimation, and risk identification during the bid phase.

Requirements

• 15+ years of electrical engineering experience in a lead or senior technical role.
• Proven experience with hyperscaler data center builds, power skids, and e-houses.
• Strong expertise in medium and low voltage electrical distribution systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of NEC, IEEE, NEMA, and UL codes.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% to customer sites and manufacturing facilities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with modular/prefabricated electrical equipment design.
• Familiarity with data center commissioning processes.
