Compensation: $205,000 – $327,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Coordinate engineering execution across civil, electrical, mechanical, utility, and construction disciplines.
• Develop integrated engineering execution plans supporting self-build campus delivery.
• Lead engineering coordination for temporary power, permanent utility infrastructure, and water systems.
• Manage engineering changes and resolve multidisciplinary design conflicts during construction.
• Serve as the primary engineering interface between internal technical leadership and external delivery partners.
• Support project budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and operational readiness activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure, industrial construction, or data center delivery.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of engineering project delivery, utility coordination, and permitting.
• Proven ability to manage complex engineering schedules, project risks, and technical dependencies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting hyperscale data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with owner-led infrastructure development programs.
• Professional Engineer (PE), PMP, or equivalent certification.
