What you will do

• Develop technical studies including short circuit, load flow, arc flash, and transient analysis.
• Ensure compliance with interconnection standards for renewable energy projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project updates.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting, relay field testing, and commissioning services as needed.
• Perform detailed design tasks including one-line diagrams, schematics, and equipment specifications.
• Attend training and conferences to maintain professional standards and technical expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 1–4 years of relevant engineering or field experience.
• Proficiency in power system modeling software such as ETAP or PowerFactory.
• Experience with grounding software like CDEGS or WinIGS.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• FE or PE licensure.
• Experience with SKM Power Tools, Easypower, Aspen, or Windmil.
• Knowledge of interconnection and dynamic modeling using PSSe, PSLF, or PSCAD.
