Location: Must be based in Austin, DC, or Chicago area
Compensation: $120,000 OTE ($84,000 base + $36,000 uncapped commission)

What you will do
- Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and strategic sales tactics.
- Collaborate with field sales counterparts, including Account Executives and Channel Partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle for small deals and identify new business opportunities.
- Convert leads into opportunities within Salesforce.
- Deliver a positive customer experience using the established sales model.
- Maintain and track core KPIs to ensure pipeline targets are met.
Requirements
- Must live in Austin, DC, or Chicago area
- Current experience in Enterprise Software Sales in an ISR, SDR, or BDR role.
- Full-cycle sales experience including upselling and closing small deals.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as LinkedIn, 6Sense, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.
