IT Change Management Lead

Location: Beverly Hills, California, USA; onsite 4 days a week

Salary: $92,000–$115,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own and govern the end-to-end enterprise change management lifecycle.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board meetings and validate risk, impact, and rollback assessments.
• Maintain the enterprise change calendar and monitor change execution.
• Produce operational metrics, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.
• Lead major incident response, service restoration, stakeholder communications, and executive briefings.
• Lead post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Change Management, or Service Operations.
• Experience leading major incident management and post-incident reviews.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and leading incident response in high-pressure environments.
