TL;DR

Business Development Representative (German Speaking): Driving high-volume outbound sales to expand the SMB segment in the DACH region with an accent on multi-channel outreach and consistent activity levels. Focus on building predictable pipeline, generating high-quality opportunities for Sales, and maintaining CRM hygiene.

Location: Remote, within +/- 2hrs from Germany (GMT+1). Hiring supported only within EU time zones.

What you will do

  • Own and expand the dedicated SMB territory in the DACH region.
  • Build net-new pipeline through high-volume outbound execution.
  • Execute structured multi-channel outreach via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Run discovery and qualification calls with SMB prospects.
  • Hand over well-qualified opportunities to Account Executives and maintain CRM hygiene.
  • Identify small automation improvements and continuously improve outreach performance using data.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, consulting, sales, business development).
  • Completed commercial training (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or a Bachelor’s degree.
  • C2 level German skills and strong English skills.
  • Confidence in cold calling and proactive outbound outreach.
  • High energy, persistence, and comfort with rejection.
  • A structured, disciplined, and data-driven working style with comfort working with KPIs.

Nice to have

  • First experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience in an early-stage startup (Series A–B).
