What you will do

• Design and document repeatable implementation methodologies, project plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Own end-to-end complex enterprise deployments and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Design and troubleshoot technical integrations utilizing REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems (ITSM, SIEM, SSO).
• Translate ambiguous client needs into actionable technical specifications and redesign legacy risk workflows.
• Act as the connective tissue between Professional Services, Sales, and Product to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, solutions architecture, or professional services.
• Proven track record of managing complex deployments for organizations with 5,000+ employees.
• Experience with PSA tools such as Rocketlane, Certinia, or Productive.
• Ability to independently read API documentation, design data mappings, and troubleshoot integrations.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Domain expertise in Cybersecurity, GRC, or Third-Party Risk Management.
• Strong technical aptitude for designing data mappings and integration workflows.
