Salary: $110,000 - $170,000 (includes base salary and target sales incentive).

What you will do
- Manage a high-impact portfolio of channel partners, focusing on recruitment, enablement, and long-term growth.
- Develop and execute territory strategies to drive partner-led pipeline and revenue.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to equip partners with necessary resources.
- Conduct data-driven partner business reviews to optimize performance and identify new opportunities.
- Leverage AI-driven insights to identify whitespace opportunities and improve partner engagement.
- Maintain pipeline forecasting and ensure alignment with field sales leadership.
Requirements
- Must reside in the Southeast region of the United States.
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time.
- 2+ years of channel sales experience, preferably in the CCaaS/CX industry.
- Proven track record of building and executing successful partner business strategies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management and performance tracking.
- Experience using AI tools to analyze partner metrics and translate data into actionable strategies.
