TL;DR

Territory Partner Manager (SaaS): Driving revenue growth and partner-led pipeline through strategic channel enablement and relationship management with an accent on CCaaS/CX solutions. Location: Must reside in the Southeast region of the United States. Travel: 50-75% required.

Salary: $110,000 - $170,000 (includes base salary and target sales incentive).

What you will do

  • Manage a high-impact portfolio of channel partners, focusing on recruitment, enablement, and long-term growth.
  • Develop and execute territory strategies to drive partner-led pipeline and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to equip partners with necessary resources.
  • Conduct data-driven partner business reviews to optimize performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Leverage AI-driven insights to identify whitespace opportunities and improve partner engagement.
  • Maintain pipeline forecasting and ensure alignment with field sales leadership.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the Southeast region of the United States.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time.
  • 2+ years of channel sales experience, preferably in the CCaaS/CX industry.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful partner business strategies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management and performance tracking.
  • Experience using AI tools to analyze partner metrics and translate data into actionable strategies.
