National Account Manager (UCaaS): Drive sales and revenue growth across a geographic territory by managing designated national partners, sub-agents, and branches with an accent on consultative partner selling, quota attainment, and building self-sufficient reseller/referral relationships. What you will do
- Discover and manage sales opportunities with all designated partners in the assigned region, maintaining an accurate and updated sales funnel in Salesforce.
- Produce detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed quota.
- Develop and execute territory plans, including partner recruiting strategy and partner planning documentation.
- Run joint sales activities with partners (including joint customer calls) and support partner closing of opportunities.
- Train partners on product features/benefits, routes to market, processes, and effective sales techniques; broaden partner product expertise.
- Coordinate partner access to Sales Engineering, Field Marketing, and overlay resources; manage communications, events, and training participation.
Requirements
- Location: Remote in the United States (primary work location determines the applicable base pay range)
- 5+ years of related experience in channel sales with channel partners.
- Proven success building strong partner relationships and partnerships.
- Advanced understanding of UCaaS industry and telecommunications products/network capabilities.
- Minimum intermediate understanding of company financial measures and advanced understanding of indirect sales model.
- Proven experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency, problem-solving, and collaboration.
