What you will do

  • Drive operational and budgetary excellence across the property by leading and motivating the team.
  • Ensure an exceptional experience for residents and guests by maintaining high service standards.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including Front of House, Back of House, and administrative functions.
  • Collaborate with non-property teams to drive revenue through pricing strategies and occupancy targets.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, training, and performance management for all property staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company-wide operational policies.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business, hospitality, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in multi-family real estate or hospitality.
  • 1+ years of successful multi-department leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in operational and financial management, including budgeting and expense control.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
