Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead all operations, marketing, and financial activities for a single asset or portfolio of commercial properties.
• Direct and approve vendor payments and manage the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets.
• Oversee lease administration, tenant onboarding, and execute tenant care programs to maximize retention.
• Conduct monthly property inspections and coordinate maintenance, reconditioning, and vendor contracts.
• Act as the primary Owner Representative to ensure client objectives are met.
• Manage and mentor the property team, including recruiting, hiring, and performance reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA.
• 3-5 years of related experience in commercial office, retail, and/or industrial property management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel required); knowledge of Yardi, MRI, or Kardin is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms, ROI analysis, and budget forecasting.
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, and holidays during emergency situations.
