What you will do

• Lead strategic account planning to identify and develop new business opportunities within large customer accounts.
• Engage with C-suite and executive-level stakeholders to build trusted advisor relationships.
• Orchestrate cross-functional deal teams including Alliances, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Develop tailored sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and ensure balanced growth.
• Manage and expand the perpetual sales pipeline in collaboration with marketing and partner channels.
• Articulate the hirify.global value proposition and maintain proficiency in the product portfolio.

Requirements

• Must be based in Quebec, Canada.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales for high-growth companies.
• 5+ years of experience influencing C-level executives at Global 2000 companies.
• Proven track record of closing six-to-seven figure deal opportunities.
• Expertise in Value Selling methodologies and customer success strategies.
• Must be able to comply with U.S. export controls.
