Location: Remote, with global opportunities

Salary: $100,000–$177,000 base per year, plus equity and a bonus target.

What you will do

• Own searches from hiring-manager intake through accepted offer across hardware, AI software, and go-to-market roles.
• Define job specifications, evaluate levels, assess market conditions, and clarify interview-loop requirements.
• Build evidence-based candidate assessments, including reviewing shipped work, tapeouts, repositories, and papers.
• Challenge hiring standards and influence hiring decisions through clear evidence.
• Design and improve interview loops, scorecards, debriefs, and recruiting mechanisms.
• Track search metrics and change recruiting strategy based on the data.

Requirements

• Experience owning searches end to end, from intake to accepted offer, across more than one domain.
• Experience recruiting both technical and go-to-market talent is relevant.
• Experience closing senior candidates who had stronger competing offers.
• Ability to turn ambiguous hiring needs into written specifications, level calls, and explicit trade-offs.
• Ability to assess candidates outside your own domain expertise and produce actionable judgments.
• Employment is contingent on eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology and may depend on citizenship, permanent residency, or prior license approval.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring silicon design and verification, compiler, ML framework, or other deeply technical professionals.
• Experience building recruiting processes while supporting systems are being rebuilt.
