Head of Talent Acquisition (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States; onsite in the office five days per week

Salary: $215,000–$255,000 annually plus bonus; restricted stock units included in all offers.

What you will do

• Lead talent acquisition for Digital Infrastructure teams and align hiring roadmaps with business priorities and growth plans.
• Build and scale a high-performing recruiting team, including developing recruiting leaders and managing managers.
• Partner with hiring leaders and executives on role clarity, calibration, hiring plans, and accountability for outcomes.
• Improve intake, workflow, decision-making, and candidate experience by removing recruiting bottlenecks.
• Use data and analytics to evaluate funnel performance, forecast risks, and improve the recruiting cycle.
• Adopt AI, automation, and modern recruiting tools to increase efficiency and improve hiring signal quality.

Requirements

• 15+ years of talent acquisition experience, including building and scaling recruiting functions in high-growth environments.
• Experience leading recruiting in fast-paced environments; Digital Infrastructure experience is preferred.
• Experience managing managers and developing recruiting leaders.
• Experience operating in both scaled companies and high-growth or startup environments.
• Ability to build repeatable processes, scalable systems, and metrics-driven recruiting operations.
• Ability to partner effectively with finance, engineering, executive leadership, hiring managers, and candidates.
