Compensation: $56,375–$82,683 per year

What you will do
- Execute daily social media activities including content review, publishing, and optimization.
- Support PR and campaign amplification through real-time and rapid response efforts.
- Manage community engagement across all social channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor performance metrics and trends to provide actionable insights.
- Apply social listening data to improve content strategy and audience engagement.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (Eastern or Central Time Zone).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience managing social media for a B2B, technology, or corporate brand.
- Strong writing and editing skills for digital and social platforms.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools like Sprout Social.
Nice to have
- Background in cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise technology.
- Experience supporting executive social programs or thought leadership.
- Experience with social listening or employee advocacy platforms.
