What you will do

• Manage community engagement across all social channels.

• Monitor performance metrics and trends to provide actionable insights.
• Apply social listening data to improve content strategy and audience engagement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Eastern or Central Time Zone).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing social media for a B2B, technology, or corporate brand.
• Strong writing and editing skills for digital and social platforms.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools like Sprout Social.
