What you will do

  • Own and execute the comprehensive social media strategy across all major platforms.
  • Create and manage the content calendar, including written, visual, and video assets.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns to drive engagement and leads.
  • Develop and manage influencer marketing programs from recruitment to execution.
  • Analyze performance KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand and regulatory alignment.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional social media marketing experience.
  • Proven expertise in organic social, paid advertising, and influencer marketing.
  • Strong copywriting, analytical, and project management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries.
  • Background in scaling influencer marketing programs from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance creative review processes.
