TL;DR

Location: Remote (US). This role requires up to 40% travel, primarily concentrated in the Washington D.C. metro area and other Federal hub markets.

Salary: $149,000 - $185,000 annually

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the Federal and Public Sector field marketing strategy across DoD, civilian agencies, and SLED to drive revenue pipeline.
  • Partner with Federal sales leadership to align programs with territory priorities and address agency coverage gaps.
  • Design high-signal field programs, including agency-focused roundtables and compliance-driven executive dinners.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, specifically Carahsoft, to execute co-marketing programs and partner-led demand generation.
  • Manage the Federal field marketing budget with a strict ROI lens and track performance via pipeline metrics and post-event reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience, specifically owning programs in the Federal or Public Sector market.
  • Deep understanding of Federal government buying behaviors, budget cycles, and procurement constraints.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline through field programs with verifiable contribution data.
  • Familiarity with Federal compliance frameworks including FedRAMP, CMMC, FISMA, and CISA KEV.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline tracking and program attribution.
  • Must be based in the US and available for frequent travel to the DC area.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or adjacent B2B security markets.
  • Familiarity with Carahsoft and the broader Federal distribution ecosystem.
  • Direct exposure to the Defense Industrial Base (DIB).
  • Experience with ABM tools such as ZoomInfo Co-Pilot, ReachDesk, or Sendoso.
  • Proficiency with Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot.
