What you will do

• Architect and govern the enterprise risk management framework, covering risk identification, measurement, mitigation, and reporting.
• Oversee the policy and standards issuance lifecycle and maintain a structured controls taxonomy.
• Manage the enterprise risk registry and the AI use-case risk and ethics evaluation framework.
• Develop executive-quality reporting on risk posture and control efficacy for senior leadership and the Board.
• Represent the organization to regulators, customers, and auditors on risk, governance, and AI safety topics.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed AI risk considerations into the design and deployment of AI systems.

Requirements

• 20+ years of progressive experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, or internal audit.
• Proven track record of designing and maturing ERM frameworks and control environments at scale.
• Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, or technology risk, including knowledge of AI ethics frameworks.
• Experience engaging with external regulators, auditors, or enterprise customers on compliance topics.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York or San Francisco.
