What you will do

• Partner with the COO to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.
• Design and manage the leadership operating rhythm, including all-hands and quarterly planning.
• Lead high-impact special projects across Product, GTM, and Operations.
• Develop board decks, investor updates, and executive communications.
• Define and track company-wide OKRs using data-driven insights.
• Identify and bridge organizational gaps in structure and process.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or startup operations.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude for data-driven decision making.
• Proven experience interfacing between executives, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for board-level audiences.
• Experience at an early or growth-stage startup is strongly preferred.
