Salary: $258,800 - $310,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead a portfolio of high-impact enterprise initiatives aligned with strategic growth objectives.
- Drive execution across geographic expansion, channel development, and AI-enabled transformation.
- Manage initiatives from business outcomes through implementation, adoption, and scale.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure stakeholder alignment and user adoption.
- Drive accountability, governance, and risk management across the initiative portfolio.
- Engage and influence stakeholders from the Executive Leadership Team to frontline teams.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in program leadership, business transformation, or strategic initiatives.
- Proven track record leading complex enterprise-wide initiatives with significant business impact.
- Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
- Strong systems thinking with a bias for action and measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional influence, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for domestic and international business needs.
