What you will do
- Run the leadership team's operating rhythm, including quarterly and annual planning, KPI reviews, and follow-through.
- Translate the company's most complex strategic questions into clear, actionable plans and priorities for the executive team.
- Design the CEO and executive team's time allocation, agendas, and decision-making processes to ensure high-leverage focus.
- Own the preparation for board meetings, investor updates, and fundraising materials.
- Act as the primary connective tissue between the CEO, the executive team, and the wider organization to ensure fast information flow.
- Standardize the operating layer across the leadership team's chiefs of staff and EA network.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience as a Chief of Staff, function head, or senior operator at a high-growth company.
- Technical fluency in a scientific or AI domain to engage credibly with researchers.
- Proven ability to operate without a playbook in a fast-scaling, ambiguous, and high-stakes environment.
- Strong systems thinking combined with the ability to execute details without missing a step.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to draft content in an executive's voice.
- Must be based onsite in Cambridge, MA and available to travel as required.
