Location: Must be based in the United States (Denver, CO preferred)

Compensation: $332,400 – $457,050/yr

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing sales specialists to exceed revenue targets.
  • Engage in executive-level discussions with CIOs and CISOs to translate complex cybersecurity solutions into business value.
  • Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies using forecasting and pipeline management tools.
  • Collaborate with sales engineers, marketing, and alliances to support deal execution and customer success.
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Drive strategic sales initiatives aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of field sales experience in cybersecurity, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performance teams in a high-growth environment with large quotas.
  • Strong understanding of complex solution sales methodologies and enterprise buying processes.
  • Established relationships with key security decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs).
  • Expertise in channel and partner sales strategies and go-to-market models.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling SIEM, EDR, XDR, SOC, and SOAR solutions.
