Managing Director Security Sales (Cybersecurity): Driving growth and execution of the Security business in the West US region with an accent on building high-performing sales teams and leveraging the reseller/integrator ecosystem. Focus on scaling security services growth, managing strategic OEM partnerships, and aligning security solutions to C-level client outcomes.
Location: Hybrid. Must be based in one of the following locations: Irvine, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Las Vegas, NV; Seattle, WA; San Ramon, CA; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; San Jose, CA; or Salt Lake City, UT.

What you will do
- Execute the cybersecurity sales strategy for the West region to drive revenue and margin growth across all verticals.
- Lead, develop, and scale a team of Security Sales Specialists through deal coaching, QBRs, and territory planning.
- Collaborate with engineering and partner alliances to enhance GTM strategies for AI security, SASE, and SOC modernization.
- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with top cybersecurity OEM sales leadership.
- Engage directly with C-level executives and CISOs to position the company as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Manage regional security performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy using Salesforce and Power BI.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT sales, with 3–5 years specifically focused on cybersecurity solutions.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing quota-carrying sellers in geographically distributed organizations.
- Deep understanding of the Channel business, including experience with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Systems Integrators (SIs).
- Strong knowledge of security domains: EDR/XDR, SIEM, SASE, SSE, Cloud, Identity, and Data Security.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives and CISOs.
- Must be based in one of the specified West US locations to support a hybrid work model.
