Salary: $109,500—$148,000 USD (base)

What you will do
- Own and deepen client relationships to become a top strategic partner and drive maximum campaign ROI by understanding advertiser objectives, KPIs, and operational nuances.
- Lead in-depth campaign analysis and performance reviews; provide consultative, data-driven guidance in weekly/bi-weekly discussions and drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Track account-level revenue and delivery priorities weekly and contribute insights to CXO-level reporting and strategic planning.
- Drive quarterly account retention, revenue, and margin targets; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with Sales on account planning and execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (traders, ad operations, and cross-functional partners) to optimize campaign performance and implement strategic improvements.
- Coordinate with third-party partners (MMPs, viewability providers, DMPs, attribution solutions) and act as an in-market product expert with Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience, including 3–4+ years in programmatic, demand-side advertising (performance or growth marketing preferred).
- Proven client-facing experience delivering measurable business outcomes; experience with DSPs and/or MMPs strongly preferred.
- Strategic mindset focused on revenue growth and retention, with demonstrated success in account expansion and long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency with business tools including Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting/visualization platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously with strong organizational skills and disciplined time management.
- Comfort collaborating with global teams across time zones and planning work accordingly.
