What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 Enterprise and Upper Mid-Market Account Executives to exceed sales targets.
- Drive accountability through consistent pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and deal inspection in Salesforce.
- Provide strategic direction and executive support for high-value enterprise negotiations.
- Conduct regular 1:1 sessions focused on prospecting discipline and value-based selling skills.
- Identify market opportunities and implement data-driven sales plans to support revenue growth.
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and ramping of new sales hires.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of SaaS sales experience, including at least 1+ years in a frontline management or team lead capacity.
- Proven track record of managing Account Executives closing enterprise or upper mid-market deals.
- Deep understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in digital marketing, analytics, or MarTech.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales productivity tools like Gong, Outreach, or Clari.
- Experience working in a high-velocity sales environment with monthly or quarterly quotas.
- Strong operational rigor in forecasting and pipeline execution.
