Salary: $165,000–$248,000 USD

What you will do
- Own and deliver multi-million-dollar revenue targets for strategic customers.
- Secure net-new revenue streams and accelerate growth within existing accounts.
- Design and lead multi-quarter and multi-year joint business plans with executive stakeholders.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and maintain executive-level rigor across pipeline health.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders as a strategic advisor.
- Act as a trusted product and growth advisor to customers, influencing roadmap prioritization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in growth, sales, account management, or commercial leadership in ad tech, mobile advertising, or performance marketing.
- Proven track record of driving strategic revenue growth with enterprise customers and complex deal negotiation.
- Proven ability to operate as a peer-level advisor to senior executives, influencing long-term strategy.
- Strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, attribution/MMPs, and programmatic performance marketing.
- High level of fluency in growth and performance metrics and strong product/technical fluency.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in data-driven and executive contexts.
