hirify.global is recruiting for an Australian-founded retail analytics leader specializing in proprietary sensor technology to help physical stores understand customer behavior.

What you will do

• Review incoming installation jobs to confirm readiness for scheduling.
• Book and confirm field technician appointments across various retail store locations.
• Maintain accurate job records using Zendesk and Asana.
• Prepare and track Statements of Work (SOW) for contractor engagements.
• Monitor contractor workload and highlight potential capacity gaps or regional coverage issues.
• Send booking confirmations, job briefs, and site access instructions to contractors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in scheduling, administration, dispatch, or coordination support.
• Strong written and verbal English for professional communication with Australian teams, contractors, and clients.
• Ability to communicate effectively via telephone with field technicians and store representatives.
• Proficiency with Zendesk, Asana, or similar ticketing and project management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
