TL;DR
Strategic Partner Manager (AI/Developer Tools): Building and scaling Supabase's integration partner ecosystem with an accent on AI builder partnerships and developer tooling. Focus on executing joint GTM motions, shipping technical integrations, and driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic technology and platform partners.
- Develop and execute joint GTM plans with defined KPIs for wins, ARR, and adoption.
- Drive sourced and influenced pipeline through partner relationships and co-selling motions.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on integration roadmaps and technical alignment.
- Coordinate co-marketing initiatives including launches, webinars, and hackathons.
- Track and report on partner performance metrics and partnership health dashboards.
Requirements
- ~5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or platform strategy at a devtools, cloud, or infrastructure company.
- Strong understanding of developer ecosystems and modern data/infra stacks.
- Demonstrated experience shipping and growing integrations post-launch.
- Experience owning partners end-to-end from sourcing to negotiation and growth.
- Commercially minded with proficiency in deal structures, revenue models, and forecasting.
- Clear, concise communicator capable of aligning cross-functional teams.
