Location: USA Remote; international candidates via Employer of Record model with region-specific benefits

Salary: $140K – $175K base • Offers Equity • $200k-$250k OTE

What you will do

  • Build and execute strategy across named technology partners including Genesys, Databricks, Snowflake, and major telecom providers
  • Develop joint value propositions, account plans, integration strategies, and executive governance
  • Lead sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions to position hirify.global as embedded Voice AI layer and drive revenue
  • Own partner-sourced pipeline targets, forecasting, attribution, and reporting
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and GTM teams on integrations, marketplace listings, and enablement programs
  • Serve as senior external face at executive briefings, partner summits, and industry events

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Partner Management, Alliances, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales
  • 3–5+ years directly managing strategic technology partnerships (Genesys, Databricks, Snowflake, cloud hyperscalers, telecom)
  • Proven success building sell-to, sell-through, sell-with motions from zero or early-stage
  • Strong understanding of technology ecosystems, enterprise AI, CCaaS/CX platforms, cloud infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, automations, workflows for operational scale
  • Analytical mindset, high ownership, comfort in fast-paced ambiguous environments

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships within target ecosystems
  • Experience launching integrations, marketplace listings, joint solutions
  • Background in Voice AI, Speech AI, CCaaS, telecom APIs (AWS Connect, NICE, Five9, Twilio)
  • Experience building internal AI tooling or revenue workflows
